A Terrine of Pork and Veal wrapped in prosciutto served with a heirloom tomato, fennel and torn buffalo mozzarella salad.
Second course
Chicken Supreme
Slow cooked chicken breast on a herbed goat cheese polenta topped with roasted trussed cherry tomatoes and sautéed English spinach.
Mushroom and Chorizo Risotto
Truffled mushroom risotto with sautéed chorizo, green peas, baby spinach & parmesan crumb.
Rocket Salad
Rocket leaves tossed with quinoa, roasted beetroot, orange, candied walnut, sourdough pangritata & pomegranate
