Everything a cheese lover could ask for in one convenient location. Taste over 100 local and international cheeses to find your perfect match. Our euro style delicatessen gives you the option to enjoy cheeses at your own pace in our Tuscan style café or takeaway for a romantic picnic in the vines. Available every day, rain, hail or shine at 11am and 4pm is our fun-filled and educational cheese and wine matching experience (1 hr), where our fully trained staff will talk you through the process of finding your ‘match made in heaven’ from 9 of the best cheeses matched with beautiful local wines. You deserve to treat yourself, drop into the deli for a huge selection of cheese and gourmet goodies perfect for gifts or the car ride home.

Hunter Valley Cheese Factory
The Hunter Valley Cheese Factory is a purpose built operating cheese factory, maturation & tasting rooms. Hunter Valley cheese sampling guided by trained Cheese Specialists is available all day from 9am to 5.30pm. Handmade cow and goat milk cheese produced & available onsite include fromage blanc, feta, brie, washed rind, natural rind, cheddar, tommes and blue vein. Once you have tasted the artisan handmade cheese why not learn a little about the cheesemaking process by attending the complimentary Cheesemaking Tutorial (in front of the factory viewing windows). Held twice daily at 11am & 3pm attendance will enlighten on the transformation of regional milk to regional cheese.

Binnorie Dairy
Cheesemaker Simon Gough opened Binnorie Dairy in April 2003, after travelling and making cheese throughout Europe and previously working in the Yarra Valley. Simon’s passion and skill combined with locally sourced goat and cow milk, make to produce local cheeses of world standards. Binnorie Dairy Cheeses are the Hunter Valley’s gourmet choice, featuring on many local menus. Come in and sample some of their fine cheeses.

Hunter Valley Smelly Cheese Shop
Hunter Valley Smelly Cheese Shop are providores of the finest local and imported cheese and gourmet foods, including its own product range. You can take the goodies home or sit down and enjoy with a meal and glass of local wine, beer or a coffee. Hunter Valley Cheese Shop is also home to the Hunter Valley Gelato Company, featuring traditional Italian Gelato made with imported Italian ingredients and made using a 200 year old recipes.
