How about driver gratuity?
It is not required, but if you are pleased with the service and effort put forth by your tour guide/driver, you are most welcome to offer him or her a gratuity. Your thoughtfulness will be greatly appreciated.
Are there any winery tasting fees?
No. Our tour prices are all inclusive (except all private Maserati and Valente tours).
Are there any extra taxes or fuel fees?
No there is not. All tours prices are fully inclusive. Extra fees only occur for transfers outside local areas (see ‘Transfer Locations’).
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel but please be advised of the following conditions. Cancellation for Bookings (Under 10 People) Every cancellation attracts a $25 fee per booking to cover administration expenses.
